The Welbourn Community Emergency Plan Event
The Lincolnshire Resilience Forum will be running an engaging introductory session for the whole community, focusing on Community Resilience and the establishment of a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT’s). The goal is to ensure the community is well-prepared for any emergency eventuality, including the significant threat of flooding.
