Dear Parish Councillor,
The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 13th February 2019 at 7.30 pm in the Meeting Room of Welbourn Village Hall. There will be a 15-minute public session at the commencement of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Members of the public will be welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting with the exception of any closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed unless invited to do so.

10 Responsibility for repairs and maintenance to the Village Hall- Previously agreed amendment to the Village Hall Constitution to be signed by two members of the Parish Council ready for the Village Hall Committee to sign at their next meeting on the 25th February 2019).
11. Authorise repairs to Village Hall guttering system.
12. Update on Village Hall heating system.
13. Brown Bins- Do we want to pay for 2 brown bins at the Village Hall for volunteers to use to dispose of waste?
14. Allotments - agreements and rents.
15. Ratification by the Parish Council of the following policies previously circulated to all Councillors:
