Dear Parish Councillor,
The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 10th April 2019 at 7.30 pm in the Meeting Room of Welbourn Village Hall. There will be a 15-minute public session at the commencement of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Members of the public will be welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting with the exception of any closed sessions, but they may not speak on any matter after the public session is closed unless invited to do so.

12. Street Light- A parishioner has asked if we can change the street light outside 4 & 6 CastleHill, so it works off a timer.
13. Castle Hill-
a) Who are we getting to remove the rest of the fallen tree?
b) Who and how will we fix the fence damaged by the tree?
c) Are we replacing the rest of Castle Hill’s fencing?
14. S106 Money- How are we going to use the last of the S106 funding we have?
15. How can we stop verges being damaged by cars and help stop inconsiderate parking?
16. Items needing putting on the Agenda for next month?
