Dear Parish Councillor,
The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 15th April 2020 at 7.30 pm Via Zoom due to Corvid-19 (coronavirus). There will be a 15-minute public session at the commencement of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council via email, phone message or letter. Members of the public wanting to do so, will need to put in writing their comments and email to Welbournparishclerk@gmail.com or post through the Village Hall letterbox or leave a phone message on 01400 279185.

4. Approve the Resolution to postpone the Annual Parish Meeting- due to being unable to meet because of Corvid19.
5. Approve the Resolution- due to the Parish Council being unable to meet in person because of Corvid-19.
6. Agree to amend the Standing Orders and Finacle Regulations accordingly, for an initially a period of 4 months.
7. Resignation of Parish Councillor, details on procedure to fill position.
8. Grass cutting to agree on contract details for the newly appointed contractor.
