Dear Parish Councillor,
The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 10th June 2020 at 7.30 pm Via Zoom due to Corvid-19 (coronavirus). There will be a 15-minute public session at the commencement of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council via email, phone message or letter. Members of the public wanting to do so, will need to put in writing their comments and email to Welbournparishclerk@gmail.com or post through the Village Hall letterbox or leave a phone message on 01400 279185.

2. Acceptance of reasons for absence.

4. Notes of the Parish Council meeting held on 13th May 2020 to be approved as minutes.
5. District and County matters.
6. To consider the request by a Parishioner for the PC to request/apply for Government funds from their £2 billion pound budget for cycle paths/lanes. To use to extend the current paths by 200metres and creating a route through the village away from the A607.
7. To agree on whether to purchase more barley straw, for the pond in front of the Village Hall to help control the algae.
8. To agree on whether to purchase a security camera for the Village Hall (to deter further vandalism/criminal damage).
9. NKChampion awards- Does the PC want to nominate anyone, groups, or businesses?
10. Neighbourhood Plan- Do we want to renew our Neighbourhood plan?
