Dear Parish Councillor,
The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 13th May 2020 at 7.30 pm Via Zoom due to Corvid-19 (coronavirus). There will be a 15-minute public session at the commencement of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council via email, phone message or letter. Members of the public wanting to do so, will need to put in writing their comments and email to Welbournparishclerk@gmail.com or post through the Village Hall letterbox or leave a phone message on 01400 279185.

5. Approve the amendments to the Standing Orders and Financial Regulations Resolution- due to the Parish Council being unable to meet in person due to Corvid-19.
6. To consider the total Closure of the Playing Field, as requested by a Parishioner- due to “the continued disregard of the notices telling people that the facilities (equipment) are closed”.
7. To agree on which Insurance quote to take when it is time to renew the Parish Council’s Policy.
8. To consider The Citizen Advice’s request for a donation.
