Dear Parish Councillor,
The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Thursday 29th July 2021 at 8.00 pm in the Main Hall at Welbourn Village Hall. Please make sure you maintain social distancing and it would be appreciated if you would wear a facemask. Hand sanitiser will be provided on entry, please use it. You will be required to write your name & contact details on the form in the foyer which will be passed onto Track & Trace if required. There will be a 15-minute public session at the commencement of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council via email, phone message or letter. Members of the public wanting to do so, will need to put in writing their comments and email to Welbournparishclerk@gmail.com or post through the Village Hall letterbox or leave a phone message on 01400 279185.
