08.01.01 The Chairman, Councillor Robert Cross, welcomed everyone to the meeting.

08.03.01 Apologies received and accepted from Councilor, Cllr J Smith.

08.05.00 Planning
08.05.01 Application reference: - 19/1039/TCA
Description of works: - 2x Conifers- fell
Location: - St Chad’s Church Yard, North End, Welbourn
The Parish Council had no objections.
08.05.02 Application reference: - 19/1043/TCA
To 7metres & laterals to match.
Location: - The Grange, The Green, Welbourn
The Parish Council has no objections.
08.05.03 Application reference: - 19/1086/TCA
Description of works: - T1 Acer- fell; T2 Sorbus- fell
Location: - 48 The Green, Welbourn
The Parish Council has no objections.
08.05.04 There is evidence of unauthorized tree works being carried out within the conservation area. Cllr K Stark will write an article in the Three Villages and a Hamlet informing people of the need to apply for planning permission to carry out any tree works within the conservation area by applying to NKDC.
08.06.00 Closed session 8:03 and reopened 8.57.
