MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF WELBOURN PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON WEDNESDAY 08th December 2021 IN THE MAIN HALL WELBOURN VILLAGE HALL AT 7.30pm

01. Chairman’s welcome.
The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.
02. Acceptance of reasons for Absence.
Cllr. Harriet Huntsman had sent her apologies.
It was resolved to accept Cllr. Huntsman’s and Cllr. Stark’s apologies, having been detained by their employment commitments.
03. Declarations of interest.
No interests were declared.
04. Public Forum.
One member of the public was present as an observer.
05. Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on the 10th November 2021
It was resolved that the minutes of the meeting held on 10th November 2021 be approved as minutes. Proposed by Cllr. Rod Storer and seconded by Cllr. Kev Dowling.
The Chair signed the Minutes.
06. Planning:
Application reference: 21/1788/TCA
Description of works: G1 Red Cedar - fell; G2 Aster and Limes - fell;
G3 Aster and unknown species - fell; G4 Apple - fell
Location: Welbourn, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN5 0NB
As the application was unclear the Chairman intends to speak with the NKDC Tree Officer to clarify issues

Description of works: T1 Silver Birch - reduce overhanging branches broadly in line
with photograph provided and sever ivy
Location: Welbourn, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN5 0NF
No objections raised by Parish Councillors
07. Speed Indicator Device
Chair is liaising with Coleby with regard to transferring the unit to us on the 12th December 2021from Coleby, together with the associated brackets.
Chair will also arrange transfer of the Unit to Leadenham on the 02nd January 2022.
08. Asset Register Review
Insurance policies to be reviewed. Updating may be necessary.
One dog bin on The Green to be added to the list.
‘Sold Tools’ to be removed.
Review to be completed at the next meeting.
