MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PUBLIC MEETING AT WELBOURN HELD ON WEDNESDAY 29rd JULY 2021 IN THE MAIN HALL AT WELBOURN VILLAGE HALL AT 7.30pm

No members of the public were present.

01.07.00    Public Interest Report: Failure to submit an Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR) for the year ending 31st March 2020.

01.07.01    The Chairman went through the power point (see on website1).

01.07.02     The Parish Council agreed an AGAR part 3 form needed to be filled in for the 2020/2021 audit instead of the AGAR part 2 and publicly displayed and resubmitted to PHF LittleJohn.

01.07.03     The Parish Council agreed to contact the LALC to ask about how we could potentially complain to PKF LittleJohn regarding the poor communication and to see if we can get any refund.

01.07.04      The Parish Council would like to thank the member of the public for bringing this matter to our attention.  The matter is now closed.

There being no further matters to discuss the chairman duly closed the meeting at 19.55.
